What do you do in a motorcycle accident?

Since starting the website and doing research for articles, I have come across countless articles about motorcycle accidents. Every day I read articles about motorcycle riders becoming statistics, thanks to inattentive drivers. Don't get me wrong, not all accidents are by inattentive or negligent drivers, some are rider error. But do you know what to do if you, or a riding partner become involved in or witness a motorcycle accident?

One thing we as riders know is that at some point we will go down. What we don't think about is what to do when that day comes. I ran across this helpful "what to do" guide on the Law Tigers website. This guide can save you alot of headache, because we all know that insurance companies will fight you every step of the way. This guide will really help if your riding in a group, because the down rider may not be able to perform these tasks during the incident.

Some tips from the Law Tigers.
